Ice Age Odyssey, Free four-hour guided walk in Nuuksio National Park

Travel back in time to the formation of the Finnish bedrock, through the last Ice Age, and the arrival of the
first people.

Description & Requirements: 

This tour is for people over 18 years of age
The guided tour is in English 

The terrain is varied, including moderately steep descents and ascents.
Part of the trail is rocky and have exposed tree roots on the path.
Moderate to good physical condition is required 

Please bring with you:
* Hiking pack.
* Weather-appropriate clothing (waterproof and layers)
* Sit pad
* Hiking footwear
* Water
